At Blue Ruby Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and use protective padding to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
